Aluminized steel is made by hot dipping a cleaned steel sheet into the aluminum bath. The layers fuse together, combining the extremely heat-reflective, non-corrosive aluminum properties with the strength of steel.
These surfaces typically remain unpainted but look finished without further processing. Aluminized steel also reflects heat well, making it ideal for furnaces, water heaters, and automotive uses which allow for a more industrial aesthetic during end use.
